AI Pay Analysis: To assess the competitiveness of the hourly rate for the “Medical Assistant DMC Multispecialty Clinic Commerce” role in Commerce Township, MI, it’s essential to compare it to industry standards. As of my last update in October 2023, the average hourly wage for medical assistants in Michigan typically ranges from $15 to $22, depending on experience, certifications, and specific job responsibilities. In Commerce Township, which is part of the broader Detroit metropolitan area, the wages may align closely with urban rates, potentially leaning towards the higher end due to increased demand and cost of living. Thus, if the offered rate is within or above this range, it would be considered competitive; however, if it falls significantly below this range, it may not attract quality candidates. Please provide the specific hourly rate for a more tailored analysis.
