What You’ll Need to be Successful:
- Graduation from a Medical Assistant, Phlebotomy, Emergency Medical Technician program, or a related healthcare field.
- New graduates are encouraged to apply!
- Flexibility with scheduling, as our shifts do not follow typical office hours. Schedules are planned three months in advance and generally run Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays as necessary. Start and end times will vary based on travel distance to community destinations and client schedules.
- Compensation includes both travel time and base pay for on-site events, with unlimited bonus potential.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to effectively educate participants about our products and services.
- A commitment to fostering a positive environment for team members and customers during screening events.
- A valid driver’s license and a clear motor vehicle record are essential, as driving responsibilities in the company van are shared among the team.
Major Responsibilities:
- Ability to learn and efficiently execute front desk registration processes, Ankle Brachial Index measurements, Osteoporosis Risk Assessments, Atrial Fibrillation screenings, and blood tests in accordance with company protocols.
- Proficiency in teamwork and collaboration, including shared responsibilities for driving the company van and loading/unloading equipment (up to 50 lbs).
- A strong desire to work in a fast-paced environment where a passion for helping others and precision in performing tests are paramount.
