What You Will Need to be Successful:
- Graduation from a Medical Assistant, Phlebotomy, Emergency Medical Technician program, or another medically-related field
- New graduates are encouraged to apply!
- Flexibility regarding atypical office hours; schedules are determined 3 months in advance, operating Monday through Friday and on occasional Saturdays as necessary. Meeting and end times will vary based on daily community destinations and customer schedules, making adaptability essential for success!
- Compensation includes payment for both travel time and on-site event base pay, with unlimited bonus potential.
- Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to educate participants about our products and services
- A strong desire to foster a positive environment for fellow team members and customers throughout screening events
- A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record, as the responsibility for driving the company van is shared among team members.
Major Responsibilities:
- Proficiently learn and execute the front desk registration process, Ankle Brachial Index, Osteoporosis Risk Assessment, Atrial Fibrillation, and blood test screenings, adhering to company protocols.
- Collaborate effectively with team members, sharing responsibilities of driving the company van, as well as loading and unloading equipment (up to 50 lbs).
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment where a passion for helping others and a commitment to accuracy in performing tests are paramount.
