What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- Graduation from a Medical Assistant, Phlebotomy, Emergency Medical Technician program, or another medically-related program.
- New graduates are encouraged to apply!
- Flexibility to work outside of standard office hours, with schedules created three months in advance, typically Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturday shifts as needed. Meeting start and end times will vary based on travel distance to community locations and customer schedules.
- Compensation includes payment for travel time and base pay for on-site events, with unlimited bonus potential.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to educate participants on our products and services.
- A commitment to fostering a positive environment for team members and customers during screening events.
- A valid driver’s license and a clear motor vehicle record, as driving the company van is a shared responsibility among team members.
Major Responsibilities:
- Learn and efficiently execute the front desk registration process, including Ankle Brachial Index, Osteoporosis Risk Assessment, Atrial Fibrillation, and blood test screenings in accordance with company protocols.
- Collaborate and share responsibilities, including driving the company van and loading/unloading equipment (up to 50 lbs).
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment demonstrating a passion for helping others while upholding accuracy in test administration.
