What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- Completion of a Medical Assistant, Phlebotomy, Emergency Medical Technician program, or other medically related programs
- New graduates are encouraged to apply!
- Flexibility with scheduling, as our hours do not conform to typical office settings. Schedules are organized three months in advance, primarily running Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturday events as required. Start and end times may vary based on community locations and customer scheduling. Adaptability is essential for success in this role!
- Compensation includes pay for both travel time and on-site base pay, with unlimited bonus potential!
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to educate participants about our products and services
- A commitment to fostering a positive environment for both team members and customers during screening events
- A valid driver’s license and a clear driving record, as driving duties in company vans are shared within the team
Major Responsibilities:
- Ability to learn and proficiently perform front desk registration processes, Ankle Brachial Index tests, Osteoporosis Risk Assessments, Atrial Fibrillation screenings, and blood tests in accordance with company protocols and timelines.
- Collaborate effectively as part of a team, sharing responsibilities including driving the company van and loading/unloading equipment (up to 50 lbs).
- Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced environment, where a passion for helping others and accuracy in test administration are paramount.
