To thrive in this role, you will need:
- Graduated from a Medical Assistant, Phlebotomy, Emergency Medical Technician program, or another related medical program; new graduates are encouraged to apply!
- An understanding that our schedules are not typical office hours. Schedules are prepared three months in advance, operating Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturday shifts as needed. Flexibility is key, as start and end times will vary depending on community destination and customer schedules.
- Compensation for travel time in addition to a base salary for on-site events, with unlimited bonus potential!
- Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to effectively educate participants about our products and services.
- A commitment to fostering a positive atmosphere for fellow team members and customers during screening events.
- A valid driver’s license and clear MVR, as driving responsibilities of the company van are shared among the team.
Major Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate the ability to quickly learn and proficiently perform the front desk registration process, Ankle Brachial Index, Osteoporosis Risk Assessment, Atrial Fibrillation, and blood test screenings in accordance with the company’s established protocols.
- Exhibit strength in teamwork and collaboration, sharing responsibilities for driving the company van and loading/unloading equipment (up to 50 lbs).
- Embrace a fast-paced work environment that demands accuracy in performing diagnostic tests while maintaining a passion for helping others.
