Job Title: Medical Assistant

Company: On-Board

Location: Midland, MI

Pay: $22 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: As of late 2023, an hourly rate of $22 for a Medical Assistant in Midland, MI seems to be on the lower end of the compensation spectrum. According to industry data, the average hourly wage for medical assistants in Michigan typically ranges from $15 to $25 per hour, with most positions falling around $18 to $23 per hour in smaller cities, and reaching up to $28 or more in metropolitan areas. Given the specific skills and certifications often required for this role, as well as the demand for medical assistants, the $22 per hour rate is competitive but may not fully reflect the market value, especially if additional benefits or experience requirements are not included.
