Job Title: Medical Assistant or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Jackson, OH

Company: Marathon Health

Location: Jackson, OH

Pay: $18 – 23 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $18 – $23 for a Medical Assistant or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) position in Jackson, OH, appears to be on the lower end of the spectrum compared to national averages. As of 2023, the average hourly wage for Medical Assistants typically ranges from $18 to $26, while LPNs generally earn between $20 to $30 per hour depending on experience, certifications, and specific job duties. In Ohio, this range is somewhat aligned with entry-level wages but may be less competitive compared to urban areas where demand and cost of living are higher. Therefore, while this pay rate may attract candidates in rural settings or those with less experience, it may not attract seasoned professionals or those seeking competitive compensation for their skills in a more urban job market.
