AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $20 to $22 for a Medical Assistant/Phlebotomist in Cincinnati, OH, is generally competitive and aligns closely with industry standards for this role in the region. As of 2023, the average hourly wage for medical assistants in Ohio typically ranges from $18 to $25, depending on experience, certification, and specific job responsibilities.
