Job Title: Medical Assistant – Sidney, OH (32 Hours Weekly with PTO, Paid Holidays, and Benefits)

Company: Marathon Health

Location: Sidney, OH

Pay: $20 – 23 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $20 – $23 for a Medical Assistant position in Sidney, OH, is generally competitive but may be slightly on the lower end of the spectrum for the industry, especially considering full-time benefits like PTO, paid holidays, and health coverage that enhance overall compensation. As of 2023, the national average for Medical Assistants typically ranges from approximately $16 to $23 per hour, with variations depending on experience and specific job responsibilities. Given Sidney’s cost of living, this rate aligns reasonably well with local averages; however, potential candidates with specialized skills or certifications may seek higher compensation, especially in urban settings. Overall, while the offer is competitive within the local context, candidates may evaluate it against their qualifications and alternative opportunities.
