Role Overview:
This full-time position operates Monday through Friday with a standard 8-hour shift. While your primary location will be one of our offices, you must be flexible to cover shifts as needed across our Waterford, Bloomfield Hills, and White Lake locations.

As a Medical Office Front Desk Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the patient experience at CoreMed Plus. Your responsibilities will include greeting patients upon arrival, answering telephone inquiries, scheduling appointments, and verifying insurance coverage. You will manage patient records using our Athena EMR system, ensuring that all information remains current and accurate. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will contribute to a seamless flow of patients from reception to exam room, as you support our clinical staff by maintaining an organized and welcoming front desk and waiting area.
