Job Title: Medical Office Secretary

Company:

Location: Monroe, MI

Pay: $15 – 18 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly wage of $15 – $18 for a Medical Office Secretary in Monroe, MI, is slightly below the national average, which typically ranges from $16 to $22 per hour depending on factors such as experience and specific job responsibilities. In Michigan, compensation for this role may vary, but the given range appears to be on the lower end, especially considering the rising costs of living and the demand for administrative roles in healthcare settings. Therefore, while the rate may attract some entry-level candidates, it may not be competitive enough to retain experienced professionals or attract quality applicants, suggesting a need for adjustment to align more closely with industry standards.
