AI Pay Analysis: To analyze the competitiveness of an hourly rate for a Medical Scribe in Royal Oak, MI, it’s essential to compare it with the industry standards for this role in the region. As of my last knowledge update, Medical Scribes in Michigan typically earn between $15 to $25 per hour, depending on experience, specialization, and specific healthcare settings. If the hourly rate in question falls within or exceeds this range, it can be considered competitive, especially if it includes benefits or incentives. Additionally, accounting for cost of living and demand for healthcare support roles in the area, a rate at or above the midpoint of the range would likely attract qualified candidates effectively.
