We are seeking MedTechs who demonstrate compassion for our residents, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities:
– Assist residents with various care needs, including dressing, grooming, bathing, incontinence care, and more.
– Administer medication as a primary responsibility while providing hands-on care for each resident.
– Maintain a clean and safe environment, which may involve light housekeeping duties.
– Monitor changes in residents’ conditions and promptly communicate findings to the supervisor.
– Exercise sound judgment in delivering client care and ensuring safety.
– Communicate professionally with families, support services, and coworkers.
– Adhere to all safety and health standards, including infection control procedures.
– Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:
– Ability to pass a criminal background check.
– High school diploma or GED.
– Experience working with the elderly is preferred.
– Must be at least 18 years old.
– Reliable transportation.
– Ability to lift 50 pounds.
– Availability to work every other weekend.
