Job Title: Member Services Assistant – Summit on the Park (Part-Time)

Company: Canton Township

Location: Canton, MI

Pay: $15.91 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $15.91 for a “Member Services Assistant” position in Canton, MI, appears to be on the lower end of the spectrum when compared to industry standards for similar roles, particularly in customer service and community center environments. According to various salary aggregation sites and local job listings, part-time positions of this nature typically range from approximately $16 to $22 per hour, depending on factors such as experience and specific responsibilities. In Michigan, a state with a growing demand for service-oriented roles, this rate may not attract a competitive applicant pool, especially considering inflation and the rising cost of living. Overall, while it is a viable entry-level wage, it may require adjustments to enhance its competitiveness and appeal to a broader range of potential candidates.
