Responsibilities:

– Greet all members and guests with a focus on engagement and retention.
– Assist with sales of memberships, retail items, and tanning products.
– Promote membership privileges, such as tanning, group fitness, small group training, and childcare services.
– Meet new member enrollment expectations.
– Check in all members and guests according to company protocols, addressing any check-in issues that arise.
– Answer phone calls in a courteous and professional manner.
– Communicate special events and promotions to members and guests.
– Manage member requests or escalate to a manager as necessary.
– Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
– Possess comprehensive knowledge of club facilities, services, programs, and operating hours.
– Keep a clean and organized work area.
– Efficiently navigate all front desk functions, including check-in, Relax & Recover, guest services, and membership sales.
– Complete opening and closing checklists and related duties.

Requirements:

– A minimum of one year of experience in a service-oriented role is preferred.
– Strong verbal and written communication skills.
– A demonstrated commitment to exceptional customer service.
– CPR/AED certification is required (may be obtained within 30 days of hire).

Physical Requirements:

– Ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds.
