Role Summary
The Team Member will play a vital role in delivering a positive experience for our members by providing exceptional customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
– Warmly greet members, prospective members, and guests, offering outstanding customer service.
– Manage all front desk-related activities, including:
– Answering phone calls in a friendly and helpful manner.
– Checking members into the system.
– Assisting with new member sign-ups.
– Conducting tours for prospective members.
– Facilitating necessary updates to members’ accounts.
– Addressing member inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, escalating to the Assistant Manager or Manager as needed.
– Aiding in maintaining the club’s neatness and cleanliness.

Qualifications/Requirements
– Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
– Basic proficiency in computer skills.
