Role Summary
The Team Member will play a pivotal role in ensuring a positive experience for our members by delivering exceptional customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
– Greet members, prospective members, and guests, delivering outstanding customer service.
– Manage all front desk operations, including:
– Answering phone calls in a friendly manner and addressing a variety of inquiries.
– Checking members into the system.
– Facilitating new member sign-ups.
– Conducting tours for prospective members.
– Processing necessary updates to member accounts.
– Responding to member questions and concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues to the Assistant Manager or Manager when necessary.
– Assisting in the upkeep and cleanliness of the club.

Qualifications/Requirements:
– Preferred background in customer service
