Role Summary

As a Team Member, you will play a vital role in fostering a positive member experience by delivering an exceptional level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Welcome members, prospective members, and guests by providing outstanding customer service.
  • Manage various front desk activities, including:
    • Answering phone calls in a friendly manner and addressing inquiries.
    • Checking in members using our system.
    • Facilitating new member sign-ups.
    • Providing tours to prospective members.
    • Updating member accounts as needed.
    • Timely and professionally addressing member questions and concerns, escalating issues to the Assistant Manager or Manager as appropriate.
    • Assisting in maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of the club.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Preferred background in customer service.
