Role Summary
The Team Member is tasked with delivering a positive experience for our members by providing exceptional customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Greet members, prospective members, and guests while delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Manage all front desk activities, including:
    • Answering phone calls in a courteous manner and addressing a variety of inquiries.
    • Checking members into the system efficiently.
    • Facilitating new member sign-ups.
    • Conducting tours for prospective members.
    • Assisting with necessary updates to member accounts.
    • Responding promptly and professionally to member questions and concerns, escalating issues to the Assistant Manager or Manager as needed.
    • Helping maintain the cleanliness and organization of the club.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Previous customer service experience is preferred.
  • Basic computer proficiency is essential.
