Job description:

The Member Services Representative is tasked with delivering an outstanding member experience through exceptional customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Welcome members, prospective members, and guests with outstanding customer service.
  • Manage all front desk activities, which include:
    • Answering phones with a friendly demeanor and assisting callers with various inquiries.
    • Checking members into the system efficiently.
    • Facilitating new member sign-ups.
    • Conducting tours for prospective members.
    • Effectuating necessary updates to member accounts.
    • Addressing member questions and concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues to the Assistant Manager or Manager when required.
    • Assisting in the implementation of club operational tasks.
    • Contributing to the maintenance of the club’s cleanliness and organization.

Qualifications/Requirements:
