Role Summary
The Team Member plays a vital role in enhancing our members’ experience by delivering outstanding customer service to current members, prospective members, and guests.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Greet members, prospective members, and guests, ensuring exceptional customer service at all times.
- Manage all front desk activities, including:
- Answering phone calls warmly and assisting callers with a variety of inquiries.
- Checking members into the system efficiently.
- Facilitating new member sign-ups.
- Guiding prospective members on tours of the facility.
- Processing necessary updates to member accounts.
- Addressing member questions and concerns promptly and professionally, escalating to an Assistant Manager or Manager when necessary.
- Contributing to the upkeep and cleanliness of the club.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Previous customer service experience is preferred.
- Basic proficiency in computer operations is required.
- A strong passion for fitness and health.
- An upbeat and positive attitude is essential.
- Punctuality and reliability are critical.
- Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to engage positively and professionally with members and colleagues, consistently exceeding expectations.
- Strong listening skills coupled with the ability to empathize and solve problems effectively.
- Diplomacy in all interactions, using appropriate behavior and language.
- A High School diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
