Job description:
The Member Services Representative is tasked with fostering a positive experience for members by delivering exemplary customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
– Greet members, prospective members, and guests with a warm welcome, consistently providing outstanding customer service.
– Manage all front desk activities, which include:
– Answering phone calls with a friendly demeanor and assisting callers with a variety of inquiries.
– Checking members into the system efficiently.
– Facilitating new member sign-ups.
– Conducting tours for prospective members.
– Processing necessary updates to members’ accounts.
– Addressing member questions and concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues to the Assistant Manager or Manager as required.
– Contributing to the maintenance and cleanliness of the club.

Qualifications/Requirements:
– Previous customer service experience is preferred.
– Proficiency in basic computer skills.
– A strong passion for fitness and health.
– Possess an upbeat and positive attitude.
– Punctuality and reliability are essential.
– Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to engage positively and professionally with members and colleagues, consistently exceeding expectations.
