Job Title: Member Services Representative Second Shift

Company: Planet Fitness

Location: Painesville, OH

Pay: $12 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $12 for a “Member Services Representative Second Shift” role in Painesville, OH, may be considered below the competitive standard for this position, especially given the location’s cost of living and typical wage ranges. As of September 2021, the median hourly wage for similar customer service roles nationally often starts around $14-$16 per hour, with variations based on experience and specific employer practices. Additionally, Ohio’s minimum wage is higher than $12, currently at $10.10 per hour, indicating that this rate may not attract candidates with relevant skills or experience. Overall, this pay rate may struggle to compete effectively in a labor market that demands more for customer service roles.
