Job Title: Member Services Representative – Weekends 12:00pm-7:30pm

Company: Planet Fitness

Location: Huber Heights, OH

Pay: $11 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $11 for a “Member Services Representative” position in Huber Heights, OH, is generally considered below the competitive range for this role. As of 2023, the average pay for similar positions in the region typically falls between $12 to $16 per hour, depending on the specific industry and company. Factors such as experience, education, and job responsibilities can further influence rates, but $11 per hour is likely not attractive for potential candidates, especially in a market where minimum wage may be increasing and the cost of living continues to rise. Therefore, to attract and retain talent, it would be advisable for employers to offer a more competitive wage.
