In the role of Membership Concierge, you will act as a representative in account management, service delivery, programming insights, and member and guest engagement. You will have the opportunity to enhance your skills and expand your professional network by pursuing our hospitality certification levels and devising a tailored succession plan to achieve your career aspirations.

Key Responsibilities:
– Serve as the initial point of contact for members and guests entering the resort.
– Cultivate relationships with members and guests by embodying a hospitality-oriented mindset and consistently creating exceptional experiences.
– Manage incoming phone inquiries from members and guests efficiently.
– Maintain current knowledge to effectively educate members and guests regarding club programming, events, pricing, and policies.
– Assist members with account maintenance, addressing their needs, processing changes, and facilitating transactions related to programs, services, and products.
– Act as a liaison for new member acquisition and retention efforts.
– Engage in problem resolution and service recovery for member queries and concerns, utilizing the necessary tools and resources.

Position Requirements:
– High School diploma or equivalent.
– A minimum of one year of customer service experience.
– A genuine passion for serving others.
– Strong communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality.
