New Albany Country Club is inviting applications for the position of Server/Bartender to join our esteemed Men’s Grill dining outlet. Located in the picturesque New Albany, Ohio, our prestigious private country club is conveniently situated just 5 minutes from both I-270 and I-161, and 10 minutes from Easton.

Pay Rate: $18.00/hour plus tips

Job Requirements:

• Preference for candidates with open availability.
• Candidates must be flexible and available to work nights and weekends, and adapt to various roles as needed by the club.

Job Duties:

• Collaborate effectively with various teams to meet and exceed member expectations.
• Deliver outstanding food and beverage service to members and guests, ensuring their utmost satisfaction.
• Adhere to established procedures and protocols to facilitate successful service delivery.
• Maintain availability for members and guests across the Men’s Grill, Men’s Locker Room, and Halfway House.
• Ensure the proper setup of individual dining areas and rooms on a daily basis.
• Uphold consistently high service standards as defined in training sessions.
• Possess comprehensive knowledge of the menu, including daily specials and items not listed.
• Follow daily opening and closing procedures, completing checklists, and managing daily operations independently.
• Ensure all service areas are always ready and welcoming for members.
• Accurately process member and guest orders in a timely manner.
• Familiarize yourself with members’ names to provide a personalized welcome that sets a warm tone.
• Support fellow team members in delivering unique and personalized service that distinguishes our club.
