As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience characterized by engaging interactions with all customers. – Serve as a role model for established customer experience practices when interacting with both internal and external customers.
– Foster and embody a positive store culture, characterized by honesty, integrity, and respect.
– Accurately process customer purchases and returns, ensuring the proper handling of cash and change in accordance with established procedures.
– Promote credit and loyalty programs to enhance customer engagement.
– Uphold our merchandising philosophy, diligently following established procedures and standards.
– Efficiently process and prepare merchandise for display on the sales floor, adhering to company protocols.
– Engage in store recovery activities as needed throughout the day.
– Maintain the organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards of the sales floor while participating in the overall upkeep of the store.
– Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback to enhance team performance.
– Comply with all labor laws, policies, and procedures.
– Support and actively participate in initiatives aimed at reducing store shrink.
– Participate in safety awareness efforts to maintain a secure environment.
– Perform other duties as assigned.
