As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction by actively engaging and interacting with every customer, upholding our customer experience principles, and ensuring a clean and organized store environment. You will adhere to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards, and may be cross-trained to support various areas of the store as business needs arise.

Key Responsibilities:
– Model exemplary customer experience practices with both internal and external stakeholders.
– Foster a positive store culture characterized by honesty, integrity, and respect.
– Process customer purchases and returns accurately, providing correct change per established operating procedures.
– Promote credit and loyalty programs to enhance customer engagement.
– Maintain adherence to merchandising philosophy and established standards.
– Efficiently prepare merchandise for the sales floor in alignment with company policies.
– Participate in store recovery activities throughout the day.
– Uphold cleanliness and organizational standards for the sales floor and contribute to the maintenance of the entire store.
– Accept and provide recognition and constructive feedback.
– Comply with all labor laws, policies, and procedures.
– Support initiatives aimed at reducing store shrink.
– Engage in safety awareness practices to ensure a secure environment.
– Perform additional duties as assigned.
