The role entails delivering an exceptional customer experience by engaging and interacting with all customers, embodying our customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. You will adhere to operational, merchandising, and loss prevention standards while being potentially cross-trained in various areas of the store to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a role model by demonstrating exemplary customer experience practices with both internal and external customers.
  • Foster a positive store culture rooted in honesty, integrity, and respect.
  • Accurately process customer purchases and returns, including counting change and following established operating procedures.
  • Promote credit and loyalty programs to enhance customer engagement.
  • Uphold and implement merchandising philosophy, adhering to established procedures and standards.
  • Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor in accordance with company procedures and standards.
  • Participate in store recovery activities as necessary throughout the day.
  • Maintain organizational and cleanliness standards on the sales floor and contribute to the overall maintenance of the store.
  • Provide and receive recognition and constructive feedback to promote a collaborative environment.
  • Comply with all labor laws, policies, and procedures.
  • Support store shrink reduction initiatives and participate in safety awareness efforts to maintain a secure environment.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
