Job Title: Merchandiser Team Lead

Company: Apollo Retail Specialists

Location: Warren, MI

Pay: $15 – 21 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $15 to $21 for a “Merchandiser Team Lead” in Warren, MI, appears to be on the lower side when compared to industry standards for similar roles. Generally, the compensation for merchandising team leads typically falls within the range of $20 to $30 per hour, depending on experience, responsibilities, and the market demand in the area. This means that the offered rate may not attract highly skilled candidates or those with significant experience, particularly in a market like Warren, which is situated near larger metropolitan areas where living costs may drive wages higher. Therefore, if the objective is to attract and retain talent effectively, it may be worth considering an increase in the salary range.
