Job description:
Product Support Associates are integral members of the Bob’s Discount Furniture team, dedicated to ensuring that our stores receive and prepare merchandise in alignment with the Company’s core values and creative vision. In this role, you will assist and enable stores to meet established sales expectations. The primary responsibilities of a Product Support Associate include collaborating with Store Management and Visual Merchandising to uphold warehouse safety, maintain showroom merchandising standards, adhere to receiving and inventory guidelines, and execute day-to-day back-end operations according to established Company protocols.

Job Responsibilities:
- Receive and ship (load and unload) merchandise while adhering to Company guidelines to minimize shrinkage
- Stage the showroom and/or outlet for incoming merchandise following visual merchandising guidelines
- Carefully assemble merchandise to prevent damage
- Coordinate and prepare unsold merchandise for shipping
- Facilitate expedited customer product pickups in line with Company protocols
- Actively participate in inventory management as required
- Model "The Bob’s Way" in all customer interactions
- Observe and maintain safety standards at Bob’s Discount Furniture
- Contribute to a clean and organized back-end (warehouse/stock room) and showroom working environment
- Assist with café duties as assigned
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as directed
Required Qualifications:
- Flexibility to work a five-day retail schedule, including nights, weekends (both Saturday and Sunday for full-time; either/or for part-time), and most holidays
- Strong ability to work collaboratively within a team and follow directions
- Active listening skills
- Effective communication skills and appropriate use of communication tools
- Physical ability to move and lift objects
- Commitment to contributing to the overall success of the store
