AI Pay Analysis: To accurately assess the competitiveness and alignment of the hourly rate for a “Metal Finisher” in Holland, MI, I would need the specific hourly rate you’re inquiring about. However, as of my last update, the average hourly wage for metal finishers in the United States typically ranges from $15 to $25, depending on experience and specific job requirements. In Michigan, and particularly in areas like Holland, rates might be on the higher end due to demand for skilled labor and cost of living considerations. If the rate you’re assessing falls within or above this range, it would likely be considered competitive and consistent with industry standards for the role and region.
