As a Marketing Representative, you will play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding service at the MGM Rewards desk. Your responsibilities will include promoting and enrolling guests in the MGM Rewards program, as well as managing the redemption and transaction processes for MGM Rewards promotions. By gaining insights into our guests’ unique stories and needs, you will create remarkable experiences that they will cherish long after their visit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with a diverse team of enthusiastic individuals in a vibrant and fast-paced environment to achieve corporate objectives.
  • Provide detailed explanations of the MGM Rewards program, assist with guest enrollments, and facilitate point redemptions and promotional offers.
  • Analyze guest casino play to effectively establish comp profiles for reservations.
  • Respond to all guest inquiries regarding the MGM Rewards program, direct marketing offers, MyVegas (where applicable), and special event promotions.
  • Engage with guests by fostering a welcoming atmosphere and promoting MGM Grand Detroit events through both online and traditional marketing strategies.
  • Participate in creative brainstorming sessions with the marketing management team to develop innovative promotional concepts.
  • Ensure a premier guest experience by leveraging problem-solving skills to exceed guest expectations in any scenario.

Compensation:
Starting rate of $19.54 per hour.
