AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate translating to an annual salary of $62,500 to $73,500 for the “MI Saves Customer Service Representative” role in Lansing, MI, equates to approximately $30.05 to $35.37 per hour. This range appears competitive when compared to customer service roles in Michigan, where average salaries typically hover around $16 to $25 per hour depending on experience and complexity of services provided. However, given the specialized nature of MI Saves, which involves energy savings programs and possibly more complex customer interactions, the offered salary is above the general market rate.
