Job description:

Froehlich’s in Three Oaks, MI, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Mixologist/Bartender to join our dynamic restaurant team on a full-time basis. This position offers a competitive hourly wage starting at $8, commensurate with experience, along with tips, resulting in a total earning potential of up to $29.65 per hour (note that tips tend to be higher during the summer months).

DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
The ideal candidate will work full-time from Thursday to Monday, with mandatory weekend shifts from May through September. As a Bartender/Mixologist, you will serve as a vital part of our restaurant, engaging with each guest who walks through our doors, especially our loyal regulars. You will create a warm and welcoming atmosphere by mixing drinks, interacting with customers, and assisting with various tasks around the bar. Your creativity will be on display as you experiment with and develop new drink recipes. You will also handle customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and grace, ensuring that every guest has a memorable experience. Your positive and motivated demeanor will contribute to an enjoyable environment, making work feel rewarding as you connect with new patrons and catch up with familiar faces.
