Job Title: MN Caregiver 12 hour shift

Company: Homestead

Location: Canton, MI

Pay: $16 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: As of my last update, an hourly rate of $16 for a caregiver role, particularly in Canton, MI, is generally considered to be on the lower end of the scale. Caregivers in this region typically earn between $12 to $20 per hour, depending on factors such as experience, certifications, and the specific responsibilities of the role. While $16 may be competitive for entry-level positions, more experienced caregivers or those with specialized skills often command higher wages. Additionally, considering the rising cost of living and competitive job market for caregiving positions, this rate may struggle to attract candidates seeking stability and fair compensation in the long run.
