Job Title: Mobile Search Officer

Company: Allied Universal

Location: Cleveland, OH

Pay: $16.5 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $16.50 for a “Mobile Search Officer” in Cleveland, OH, appears to be on the lower end of the compensation spectrum for similar roles in the region. According to various salary data sources, such positions typically offer hourly rates ranging from approximately $18 to $25, depending on experience, qualifications, and specific job responsibilities. Given the cost of living in Cleveland and the competitive job market in tech and digital services, this rate may not attract the best talent or align with industry standards, potentially leading to higher turnover rates or difficulties in recruitment. To enhance competitiveness, it may be advisable for employers to consider an increase in pay or additional benefits.

  • Address conflicts with vehicle drivers who may be belligerent, offensive, or uncooperative, denying access to the receiving docks when necessary.
  • Disallow entry to drivers lacking proper identification or those with illegal substances or weapons present in their vehicles.
  • Perform daily and weekly maintenance inspections on all required equipment and operate the Boom Control Box for travel and to deploy detectors.
