Job description:
The Customer Care Servicing Liaison is tasked with identifying opportunities for improvement in communication and processes within the Servicing Team and its associated vendors. This role involves tracking complaints and escalations while formulating actionable plans to enhance operational efficiency and communication strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and maintain a comprehensive complaint tracking system.
– Coordinate with vendors to ensure prompt resolution of complaints.
– Design and implement targeted calling campaigns and email communications.

– Collaborate with upstream teams to create and update operational processes.
