Who is driving the success of one of the fastest-growing retailers in the nation? ALDI National Real Estate! Our Analytics Department is at the forefront of planning our store network through comprehensive sales and cost analyses. We seek individuals who possess a genuine passion for numbers and a desire to leverage historical data to foresee future trends.

The primary objective of this role is to assist non-technical users in navigating a technical system. You will provide support by answering inquiries, delivering training, and conducting analyses to elucidate system data outputs. Successful candidates will have a robust analytical background, alongside solid foundational skills in mathematics and statistics. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential, while experience with advanced platforms such as Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI, SQL, or Python/R, as well as other workflow and visualization tools, is highly advantageous. Prior experience in mathematics, statistics, data analysis, or similar analytical roles is required.

Position Type: Full-Time
Starting Wage: $29.75 per hour
Wage Increases: Year 2 – $30.75 | Year 3 – $31.75 | Year 4 – $33.25
Work Location: Dublin, OH
This role is eligible for ALDI’s Hybrid Work Program, which allows for remote work up to three days per week (i.e., remote work for up to three days per week, with a minimum of two days in the office).

Key Responsibilities:

– Design, manage, and deliver analyses for all real estate-related departments through workflows and statistical modeling.
– Aggregate data from diverse sources to construct streamlined data pipelines and integrate multiple databases for centralized analysis.
– Develop and execute statistical models to support various internal client objectives and derive statistically significant insights.
– Create and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics, and other tools aimed at optimizing statistical quality and efficiency.
– Provide support to non-technical users of a technical system for future store planning.
– Regularly maintain and validate data to enhance the quality of analyses and resulting outputs.
– Continuously seek process and data sourcing improvements and implement scheduled refresh programs.
– Maintain various computer applications, databases, and report generation and tracking spreadsheets.
– Ensure data is visually appealing and easy to navigate and comprehend for end-users.
– Test reports for formatting and data accuracy, and publish workbooks on the Tableau online server.
– Collaborate with team members and effectively communicate relevant information to leadership.
– Ensure compliance with ALDI’s privacy and security policies when handling sensitive information.
– Perform other duties as assigned.
