Job Title: National Real Estate Data Analytics Associate II

Company: Aldi

Location: Dublin, OH

Pay: $30.75 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $30.75 for a “National Real Estate Data Analytics Associate II” in Dublin, OH, appears to be on the lower end of the spectrum for similar roles in the real estate data analytics field. According to industry standards, positions with similar responsibilities typically range from $35 to $50 per hour, depending on experience and specific skill sets. Additionally, considering the cost of living in Dublin and the competitive nature of the real estate market, this rate may not attract seasoned professionals or adequately reflect the expertise required for such a position. Therefore, while it may be sufficient for entry-level candidates, it likely undercompensates mid-level professionals in the industry.
