Job description:
As a New Grad Registered Nurse (RN) at Select Specialty Hospital – Grand Rapids, you will embark on a meaningful career dedicated to caring for chronically and critically ill patients or those recovering from intensive care. This full-time night shift position operates from 7:00 pm to 7:30 am, and we are pleased to offer a $15,000 sign-on bonus, along with a competitive starting hourly wage of $37.16, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we provide shift differentials for night and weekend hours.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with physicians and your preceptor to implement comprehensive assessment plans, evaluations, and individualized plans of care for our patient population. Key responsibilities include:
– Conducting systematic assessments addressing the physical, emotional, social, educational, and functional needs of patients and their families.
– Analyzing assessment data to develop nursing care plans, which encompass problem identification, nursing diagnoses, interventions, goals, and discharge planning.
– Actively participating as a vital member of the interdisciplinary team to set and achieve rehabilitation goals.
– Ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all documentation within the medical record.

Minimum Qualifications:
– Graduate of an accredited nursing program
