Job Description
Job Title: Night Audit Front Desk Agent
Company: Candlewood Suites Auburn Hills
Location: Auburn Hills, MI
Pay: $14 – 18 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $14 to $18 for a Night Audit Front Desk Agent in Auburn Hills, MI, is generally considered competitive, albeit on the lower end of the spectrum. According to industry standards, the average hourly wage for front desk agents, especially in a hotel setting, tends to range from $15 to $25 per hour depending on experience, location, and specific job duties. In Auburn Hills, which is near Detroit—a market with a higher cost of living—the rate may be slightly below what more experienced agents could expect. Therefore, while the offered rate may attract entry-level candidates, it may not suffice for those with experience or in areas with higher demand for hospitality workers.
