Job Title: Night Audit

Company: Holiday Inn Express Houghton

Location: Houghton, MI

Pay: $13 – 14 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $13 to $14 for a “Night Audit” position in Houghton, MI, is generally below the national average for similar roles, which typically range from $15 to $20 per hour depending on experience and specific responsibilities. While wage expectations can vary based on local cost of living and demand for hospitality roles, the offered rate may not be competitive, especially considering the potential for night shift differentials in the industry. In a college town like Houghton, where the presence of seasonal tourists and students can influence demand for hospitality services, it may be beneficial for employers to offer more competitive wages to attract and retain skilled workers in the night audit role.
