About the Role:
We invite you to become part of our dedicated guest service team as a Night Auditor at My Place Hotel. In this essential role, you will be the primary point of contact for all guest needs during the night shift, overseeing a range of responsibilities that include reservations, check-ins, and responding to guest inquiries. If you possess excellent organizational skills, are a reliable multi-tasker, and have a positive attitude coupled with strong knowledge of the local area, we would love to have you on board!

What You’ll Do:

• Guest Services: Deliver a warm and welcoming experience for our guests. Accurately manage reservations, check-ins, and check-outs while ensuring proper documentation of room charges, taxes, store purchases, and pet fees in accordance with hotel policy.
• Guest Assistance: Respond to guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints by utilizing comprehensive knowledge of the hotel’s facilities, amenities, and local attractions, including dining, shopping, and points of interest.
• Night Audit & Paperwork: Complete the Night Audit Checklist, maintain cash and call logs, and ensure all essential paperwork is organized. Update the Front Desk Log and review logs from the previous shift at the beginning of each shift.
• Cleaning & Laundry: Undertake various cleaning tasks, such as laundry, vacuuming, and dusting, while ensuring that the front desk, lobby, and housekeeping areas are tidy and well-stocked.
• Safety & Security: Follow all safety and security protocols, conduct regular property inspections, secure exterior doors, and report any potential hazards.
• Learning & Growth: Embrace additional responsibilities as needed and remain available for any hotel requirements that may arise.
