Job Title: Night Audit

Company: TownePlace Suites Iron Mountain

Location: Iron Mountain, MI

Pay: $13.5 – 15.5 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $13.50 to $15.50 for a Night Audit position in Iron Mountain, MI, appears to be on the lower end of the spectrum when compared to industry standards. Typically, Night Auditors, especially in hospitality settings, earn between $14 and $20 per hour nationally, depending on location, experience, and the specific hotel brand. Considering the cost of living in Iron Mountain and its local labor market, this pay range may attract entry-level candidates but might not retain experienced professionals who often expect higher compensation. Overall, while the offered rate is competitive at an entry level, it may fall short for attracting seasoned candidates in the face of rising wages in the hospitality sector.
