Job Title: Night Auditor

Company: Aimbridge Hospitality

Location: Battle Creek, MI

Pay: $15 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $15 for a Night Auditor in Battle Creek, MI, is somewhat below the national average for this role, which typically ranges from $16 to $20 per hour depending on experience, the specific employer, and local cost of living. Given that Battle Creek has a lower cost of living compared to larger metropolitan areas, this wage may be more acceptable locally, yet it still might not fully attract qualified candidates considering the responsibilities associated with the role, which often includes managing front desk operations, conducting audits, and ensuring guest satisfaction during overnight hours. Overall, while this rate may be marginally competitive in a lower-cost market, it could be less appealing compared to higher-paying opportunities in nearby regions or in similar roles elsewhere.
