Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Services: Welcome guests during the overnight shift (typically 11 PM – 7 AM) and assist with check-ins, reservations, and inquiries.
- Night Audit: Prepare and finalize Night Audit work to ensure accurate daily transaction balancing.
- Security: Conduct security walks to maintain guest and property safety.
- Reporting: Prepare daily reports and the Daily Flash Report to provide management with valuable insights.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and outstanding service.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year in a hotel or related field; supervisory experience is advantageous.
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent is required; college coursework is beneficial.
- Skills: Proficient in Windows spreadsheets and word processing; strong problem-solving abilities and independence are essential.
- Attributes: Service-oriented, friendly, with excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail.
