Job Description
Job Title: Night Auditor
Company: Aimbridge Hospitality
Location: Springfield, OH
Pay: $15 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $15 for a Night Auditor position in Springfield, OH, is generally considered below the national average for similar roles, which typically ranges from $16 to $22 per hour, depending on experience and specific job requirements. In the Springfield area, cost of living and local market conditions may impact wage expectations, but given that the role often includes responsibilities like managing front desk operations during night shifts and performing financial audits, this rate may not be competitive. Overall, while $15 could appeal to entry-level candidates, it may not attract experienced professionals, potentially leading to higher turnover and staffing challenges for employers.
