AI Pay Analysis: To provide an accurate analysis of the hourly rate for a “Night Auditor” in Iron Mountain, MI, it would be helpful to know the specific figure you’re referring to. Generally, the hourly wage for night auditors can vary based on factors such as experience, the size of the hotel, and local cost of living. In the Midwest region, rates typically range from $12 to $18 per hour, with some higher-paying establishments offering more. If the rate you have falls within or above this range, it may be considered competitive; however, if it’s below this range, it might not align well with industry standards. Comparing this rate to similar roles in local hotels and looking at cost of living indices can further contextualize its competitiveness. If you can provide the specific hourly rate, I’d be glad to give you a more tailored analysis.
