Job Description
Job Title: Night Auditor
Company: Fairfield Springfield
Location: Springfield, OH
Pay: $15 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $15 for a Night Auditor role in Springfield, OH, appears to be on the lower end of the compensation spectrum. According to industry standards, Night Auditors in similar roles typically earn between $15 to $22 per hour, depending on factors such as experience, the size and type of the establishment, and regional cost of living. While this wage may be competitive for entry-level positions or in smaller establishments, it may not attract seasoned professionals or those in larger hotel chains, particularly given the responsibilities associated with the role, including financial reporting and customer service during night shifts. Overall, while the rate is within the acceptable range, it may not be sufficiently compelling to draw experienced candidates in a potentially competitive job market.
